Meet your Host

Smiling woman with short blonde hair and black top.

Hi, I’m Nicole!

I’m the founder of Island Breeze Vacation Rentals, an owner-operated boutique company specializing in vacation rental management on Fort Myers Beach and throughout Southwest Florida.

With more than 25 years of hospitality experience and currently managing a hospitality property on Fort Myers Beach, I bring both extensive industry experience and hands-on local knowledge to every property I manage.

I understand what it takes to create memorable guest experiences while also focusing on what matters most to property owners — personalized service, strong communication, attention to detail, and maximizing the potential of their investment.
